Residents at the Hong Kong Gardens, a luxury real-estate development by Chinachem, can now enjoy the convenience of carrying just one card for entering their buildings and their carpark.

A leading real-estate development contractor has installed a state-of-the-art vehicle access solution at Hong Kong Gardens, featuring RFID automatic vehicle entry, license-plate recognition, and Octopus payment technologies.


Residents have a smart card they use for entering their building and clubhouse. Now they can simply wave their smart card at the vehicle from inside their car to open the barrier. CET supplied the RFID readers and the dual HF/UHF cards for this innovative solution
